2T lemon juice
2T sour cream
2T mayonnaise
2-3 anchovy fillets
1/3C Parmesan cheese
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/3C olive oil
Put all the ingredients in the blender EXCEPT for oil and blend. Slowly add the oil in a steady drizzle.
Store and refrigerate in the refrigerator. Toss on salad right before serving. Makes 2/3 C
