A wonderful blog with step-by-step instruction on how to cut whole birds. You save alot of money by cutting your own poultry! Not to mention have wonderful supplies for soup stock. I keep a class gallon jar labele in my freezer (called "The Boneyard"), where I throw my scraps to make stock.
