Marinade:
Lime Wine Cooler* (enough to cover the chicken)
2lb boneless, skinless breast
Breading:
1tsp garlic powder
flour (about 1 1/2 C)
salt and pepper to taste
A fresh lime.
*May use any citrus wine cooler. I have used peach too.
- Marinate chicken in a wine cooler for at least 30 minutes but a few hours is better.
- Mix breading ingredients together in a shallow dish.
- Drain chicken and coat well with flour mixture.
Brown chicken in a skillet with oil or butter on a med high heat (depending on your stove) until cooked through. (Always let the first side sit the longest without messing with it too much. You start to see the sides of the chicken getting white and starting to cook up the sides. This give you a nice grilled crisp that is delicious and beautiful. To much flippin and fussin never achieves that.)
Or put chicken in a 9x13 dish with oil or butter in the bottom and bake at 375F for 30 minutes, then turn and bake for 30 minutes more.
At the time of serving, squeeze fresh lime juice over top and serve.Tasty with buttered or seasoned noodles, rice, rst potatoes, millet or other grain and or green veggie or a salad.

Okay, this is serious! I am starting to be embarrassed for commenting on so many of your recipes. But,(I say this with sincerity)I want to cook just like you:) You make so many things that sound delicious and look so easy to make.

It is our hearts desire to open our farm for some folks long term and for people in transition as the Father moves them, possibly a safe haven if needed. We have no idea how He will do this - but it is part of the vision He has put in us...we'll see how it unfolds! (We are on a need to know basis...following the Spirit every step of the way - WE PRAY!)

I tried the Mongolian Beef, only with venison and YUMMMMMMMY! It was wonderful and my family would like it again!
